What are dreamcoins?
Dreamcoins are the currency on ourdream.ai. You can use them to generate images and videos, make voice calls, listen to audio messages, and more.
How do I get dreamcoins?
With subscription:
Monthly subscriptions: 1,000 dreamcoins every month
Yearly subscriptions: 1,000 + 1,000 bonus (2,000 in total) coins upfront plus 1,000 coins every month on renewal date.
Purchasing coins:
You can buy additional dreamcoins beyond subscription coins
Requires active subscription to purchase
Do I get coins every month on a yearly subscription?
Yes! On a yearly subscription you'll get 2,000 coins upfront along with 1,000 coins
every following month on your renewal date.
How many dreamcoins come with my subscription?
Monthly subscriptions: You get 1,000 dreamcoins every month.
Yearly subscriptions: You get 1,000 dreamcoins per month plus an extra 1,000 dreamcoins upfront as a bonus.

What are Community Packs?
Community packs are the entire library of image and video for one character. They are purchased for 1,000 coin per character. They grant access to all of the character's image and videos and any future content generated of that character.
They fall under the same rules as other content, meaning that when a subscription ends the content in the community will be blurred, an active subscription is needed to view them.
Extra notes about community packs:
They are not provided by purchasing a subscription
They are only for the character you purchase them for, they do not provide access to other character's community packs
You can find any community packs that you've purchased in the Collections tabs of the My AI page
If your subscription expires the content will be blurred, but visible again once resubscribed
Content still needs to pass through a moderation filter to be added to the community pack, check moderation guidelines for more information
If I buy "the" community pack, will I get access to all character's images?
A community pack is a collection of a single character's images and videos compiled from the creator and other users. Unlocking a single community pack unlocks all images and videos for that specific character, including future generations!
Will I have access to community packs once my subscription ends?
Community packs are only viewable with an active subscription.
Can I generate images or videos if I don't have a subscription?
You need a subscription to generate images and videos. If you un-subscribe your images and videos will become blurred till you re-subscribe.
Can I upload photos for characters/generations?
We do not allow for the uploading of reference photos to OurDream due to possible deepfakes and other legal problems. We hope you continue to utilize and enjoy our services otherwise! :)
Can I use my images and video for commercial purposes?
Yes, you can use the images and videos you generate for commercial purposes provided they satisfy the following guidelines:

What happens to my images if I unsubscribe?
We're sorry to see you go!
We understand that there are plenty of reasons you would need to unsubscribe from our service.
As of now, if you were to unsubscribe from the service all images and videos generated would be blurred. You'll need to go through and download any generations you'll want to keep later. Should you re-subscribe at a later date, all of your content will remain with your account and your images and videos will be un-blurred.
What is the yellow text in a chat?
Yellow text shows a character’s actions. It’s any text placed between asterisks, e.g. *I open the door*.
Can I use it too?
Yes, if you put your own text in asterisks, the AI will treat it as an action.
Do we support language other than English in chat?
Yes, if you ask to chat to talk to you in a language it will start responding in that language. Sometimes the character can take a few prompts to change language.
